Is your point that:<BR/><BR/>(A) Al-Qaida's treatment of prisoners is worse than the treatment of prisoners at Abu Ghraib<BR/><BR/>or<BR/><BR/>(B) Because the treatment of prisoners by Al-Qaida is so terrible, that the US has every right to treat the prisoners at Abu Ghraib/Guantanamo like they have.<BR/><BR/>I agree with you if it's (A), but I hope you're not using that as a reason to excuse the US ignoring its Bill Of Rights (and the Geneva Accords) by allowing "cruel and unusual punishment" and certainly not giving "speedy and fair trials". <BR/><BR/>Yes, it's worse to cut off someone's head than to keep them in jail indefinitely w/o trial, but neither are OK.chuckdaddy2000https://www.blogger.com/profile/13669075161175440366noreply@blogger.com
